Staff were very good, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent, good range of options- cooked, pastries, fresh orange juice, cold meats and cheeses, fruit etc. Decoration is tired, the paintwork needs to be redone as is chipped in so many places, it is a 16th century building with a wooden framework. Great to have parking and a location where we could walk to the centre - 5 minutes - and explore the ancient buildings. A quiet location in a mainly residential street. A the hotel also appears to own the building opposite beside the car parking, we thought it would be a good idea to close the windows and tidy it's appearance as it does not give a good impression to quests, and would be so easy to put right.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the hotel is very central. You are close to everything (trainstation, busstation, city centre etc.)

Excellent experience

This is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, beautiful place with ample parking. Leffe everywhere which is my favourite beer. Short walk into Dinant again very beautiful. Breakfast amazing with champagne. I will return to show my wife how good this place really is
